Privacy & cookies

PropfirmDeals uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to measure page views and which discount codes get clicked — this sets Google's _ga cookies. We collect no names, emails or account data ourselves (the newsletter is handled by Mailerlite under its own policy, only if you sign up). You can block analytics with any standard cookie/ad-blocker or Google's opt-out add-on; the site works identically without it. Outbound affiliate links may set cookies on the destination site (the prop firm) — those are governed by the firm's own privacy policy.

What runs on this site

Hosting. PropfirmDeals is a set of static HTML pages deployed to Netlify. There are no user accounts, logins or comment forms, and the site has no database of visitors.
Analytics. Every page loads Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js from www.googletagmanager.com) with anonymize_ip switched on. Besides page views it records 3 events: code_click (which discount code, at which firm), affiliate_click (which firm, and the address of the link you followed) and newsletter_signup (that a newsletter sign-up went through; the email address is not sent to Google).
Newsletter. The newsletter sign-up forms on the homepage, Best Prop Firm Discount Codes, How We Verify Prop Firm Discount Codes and Prop Firm Black Friday Deals 2026 send the email address you type straight to Mailerlite (assets.mailerlite.com); this site does not store it. Mailerlite then emails you a confirmation link, and you are only subscribed once you click it (double opt-in). To show the form, these pages load Mailerlite's form script from groot.mailerlite.com. On the homepage, Mailerlite's embed code also sends one request to assets.mailerlite.com every time the page loads, whether or not you sign up.
Affiliate links. "Get deal" buttons and other links marked rel="sponsored" take you to the prop firm through an affiliate link, which tells the firm the visit came from PropfirmDeals. From there on, the firm's own privacy policy applies.

If you contact us by email, we use that information solely to respond. We do not share it.
