The clearest trend in 2026 is rule liberalisation. 46% of firms with a stated policy have dropped the consistency rule (the best-day profit cap that quietly blocks payouts), and 75% now permit automated trading — a reversal from a few years ago when EAs were widely banned.

Methodology

Figures are aggregated from PropfirmDeals' own dataset of 58 prop trading firms, audited from official firm sites, emails and public sources as of June 2026. "No consistency rule" counts firms offering at least one product without a best-day profit cap. Profit-split figures use each firm's highest advertised split (some require a paid add-on or apply a cap). Trustpilot figures are estimates from our research, not live-fetched. Prop trading involves risk of capital loss; this report is informational, not financial advice.
