NOT CURRENTLY SELLING: plans are published but not one call-to-action on the home page is a link. Every plan button and every "Ready to learn?" button is an anchor with no href, and the single button that reads "Get Started Now" instead of "Coming soon" is equally dead.
The firm's own sitemap has no checkout, signup or dashboard page either — the only links on the whole site go to about/blog/contact, the legal pages, social profiles and the help-center subdomain.
Published lineup is three 1-step evaluation plans, all sold as monthly subscriptions: $25K Starter (target $1,500 / max 4 contracts / daily loss $500 / tick drawdown $1,500 / $145 per month), $50K Advanced (target $3,000 / max 10 contracts / daily loss $1,250 / tick drawdown $2,500 / $160 per month) and $100K Professional (target $6,000 / max 14 contracts / daily loss $2,500 / tick drawdown $3,500 / $285 per month).
Profit target is 6% on every plan; the drawdown is labelled TICK drawdown by the firm, not an end-of-day trailing model. Hard contract caps (4/10/14) apply per plan.
Accounts are explicitly simulation-only ("exclusively provides simulation accounts to our users for educational purposes only"). The legacy 2025 S2F / S2F+ instant-funding programs are no longer published anywhere on the firm's site.
Payout terms, consistency rules, platform list and the automation/copy-trading policy cannot currently be verified — every help-center URL the firm links to returns 404, and the help desk that has replaced it sits behind a login (see HELP CENTER below).

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (firm's own Terms & Conditions, not the help center): every plan is billed as a subscription that AUTO-RENEWS on each due date unless you cancel before the current term expires, and the refund policy is absolute — "All subscriptions made in Company are final...
No returns, refunds, or exchanges, partial or otherwise, for any reason", including if you never use the account. A chargeback is investigated "to the fullest extent", permanently bans the username and blocks all future purchases.
HELP CENTER, CHANGED 2026-08-25: the subdomain is no longer dead.
On 2026-08-09 support.tickticktrader.com returned a hard 404; today its root 302s to a live Freshdesk portal (/support/home and /support/solutions both redirect to /support/login, which serves a 200 page titled "Sign into : TickTickTrader" and hands off to Freshworks OAuth).
The help desk was migrated off the old Zendesk-style /hc/ paths and put behind a login, and the frozen marketing site was never repointed at it — the footer's /hc/en-us Help Center link and its /hc/en-us/articles/29626688790673 "Hedging and Other Prohibited Actions" link both still 404.
Net effect for a reader is unchanged (no rule can be sourced from the firm), but the rulebook is now private rather than gone.
SITE ACTIVITY: every page on the site carries the same build stamp (data-framer-ssr-released-at 2026-02-23T21:03:07.702Z, page-optimized 2026-03-02T01:03:07.520Z), so nothing has been republished in six months; the blog has been silent since 2025-12-31 and the help center has been 404 throughout.
The relaunch is announced, not in progress.

Treat it as a watchlist entry, not a purchase option — and note the payout, consistency and automation rules still cannot be verified: every help-center URL the firm actually publishes, including the "Prohibited Actions" page its own footer links to, still returns 404.
The plan cards are byte-identical to the last pass and every page still carries the same 2026-02-23 build stamp — six months without a republish, on top of a blog that stopped 2025-12-31.
One thing has moved, and it is the only thing that has: support.tickticktrader.com no longer 404s at its root. It now redirects to a live Freshdesk help desk that asks you to sign in.
So the rulebook is restored but private rather than gone — read that as back-office plumbing being rebuilt behind a login, and still treat "relaunching" as a claim, not a schedule.
When it does open, read the Terms first: the plans auto-renew every month unless you cancel, and the firm's stated refund policy is that there are no refunds of any kind, for any reason.
