Pick the 2-Phase Classic over Pro - no consistency rule and a lower 5% Phase-2 target. If you do take Pro, take the Weekly Rewards variant: it pays 90% where the Daily Rewards variant pays only 60%, and both cost exactly the same - daily withdrawals are the only thing you gain by giving up 30 points of split.
