Best Prop Firms for UAE and Dubai Traders in 2026

Traders in Dubai and the wider Emirates are among the most active prop-firm buyers in the Gulf, and eligibility splits cleanly by firm: some name the United Arab Emirates in their restricted lists, most do not, and few say so anywhere a buyer would look. We checked all 54 firms we track against their own terms of service, FAQ and restricted-country pages: 9 state that they accept UAE residents, 7 exclude the country outright, and 38 do not document it either way — those are left off this page rather than guessed at. The second gate is getting paid. Rise, Deel and crypto each carry their own country coverage, separate from the firm's trading terms, so the payout column shows what each firm documents — a firm whose only rail cannot reach you is no use however good the rules are.

Conditions worth knowing before you pay

Eligibility is not always a clean yes or no. These firms attach a condition to the UAE that does not fit in a table cell.

BrightFunded — MT5 is not available to citizens or residents of the UAE, or to anyone located there; DXtrade and cTrader are.
BEM Funding — The operator is incorporated in Dubai and its terms are governed by UAE law, yet UAE residents are expressly excluded.
Fintokei — Fintokei files the UAE under 'countries with restricted new purchases' — existing accounts continue, but a new account cannot be bought, which is a closed door for a new reader.
For Traders — The site contradicts itself: the footer, FAQ and privacy policy still carry an older list without the UAE, while the binding terms and the help centre name it. The terms win.

The firms on this page are foreign companies selling an evaluation and paying a share of simulated profit; none of them is licensed by the SCA or the DFSA, and none needs to be to sell you a simulated account. Whether trading their funded product from the UAE is permitted is a question about your own position, not the firm's — we document what each firm states about accepting UAE residents, nothing more.
